ASTROSHELLE propose les prestations et produits suivants :
Services digitaux (séances en visioconférence)
- WORKSHELLE : atelier en petit comité (5 personnes max, 3h) — 55€
- Séance libre (1h) : thème natal, révolution solaire, analyse lunaire, transit planétaire, cours d’astrologie — 111€
- GODDESS FREQUENCY : séance de 2h — 222€
- Thème astral complet : 3 séances de 2h (analyse en profondeur) — 555€
- SOULWARE : programme de reprogrammation sur 3 mois, 6 séances de 2h — 2 222€
- ASTROBUSINESS : programme sur 12 mois, 12 séances ou podcasts — 5 555€
- Facilité de paiement : abonnement de 55€ fonctionnant comme une cagnotte pouvant être arrêté à tout moment. ASTROSHELLE s’engage à fournir les services suivants selon le choix du client : 1h lorsque la cagnotte atteint 111€, ou 2h lorsque la cagnotte atteint 222€. L’abonnement peut être arrêté à tout moment. En cas d’arrêt, le solde accumulé permet uniquement d’accéder aux services correspondant au palier atteint.

ASTROSHELLE offers the following services and products:
Digital services (video call sessions)
- WORKSHELLE: small group workshop (max 5 people, 3h) — €55
- Free session (1h): natal chart, solar return, lunar analysis, planetary transit, astrology lesson — €111
- GODDESS FREQUENCY: 2h session — €222
- Full natal chart: 3 x 2h sessions (in-depth analysis) — €555
- SOULWARE: 3-month reprogramming program, 6 x 2h sessions — €2,222
- ASTROBUSINESS: 12-month program, 12 sessions or podcasts — €5,555
- Payment plan: a €55 monthly subscription working as a credit pot, which can be cancelled at any time. ASTROSHELLE commits to providing the following services based on the client’s choice: a 1-hour session once the credit pot reaches €111, or a 2-hour session once it reaches €222. The subscription can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, the accumulated credit only grants access to services corresponding to the threshold reached.

4. COMMANDE ET PAIEMENT / ORDER AND PAYMENT
Toute séance est confirmée uniquement après réception du paiement intégral. Les paiements sont traités via Stripe ou PayPal. Les prix sont indiqués en euros, toutes taxes comprises (TVA non applicable — article 293B du CGI, auto-entrepreneur).
Any session is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable — article 293B of the French Tax Code, sole trader).

5. DROIT DE RÉTRACTATION / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Produits digitaux (ebooks, podcasts, contenus téléchargeables)
Conformément à l’article L221-28 du Code de la consommation, le droit de rétractation ne s’applique pas aux contenus numériques fournis immédiatement après l’achat, dès lors que le client a expressément renoncé à son droit de rétractation en cochant la case prévue à cet effet lors du paiement.
Jeux de tarot physiques
Conformément à la directive européenne 2011/83/UE, le client dispose d’un délai de 14 jours à compter de la réception du produit pour exercer son droit de rétractation, sans motif à justifier. Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client. Le produit doit être retourné en parfait état et dans son emballage d’origine.
Séances en visioconférence
Les séances ne sont pas soumises au droit de rétractation une fois la date confirmée, conformément à l’article L221-28 du Code de la consommation relatif aux prestations de services dont l’exécution a commencé avec l’accord du consommateur.
Digital products (ebooks, podcasts, downloadable content)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase, provided that the customer has expressly waived their right of withdrawal by checking the designated box at checkout.
Physical tarot decks
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing any reason. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Video call sessions
Sessions are not subject to the right of withdrawal once the date has been confirmed, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code relating to service contracts whose performance has begun with the consumer’s agreement.

6. POLITIQUE D’ANNULATION ET DE REMBOURSEMENT / CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Séances individuelles et programmes
- Annulation plus de 7 jours avant la séance : remboursement de 50% du montant réglé.
- Annulation moins de 7 jours avant la séance : aucun remboursement.
- Absence non signalée (No Show) : aucun remboursement, la séance est considérée comme effectuée.
- En cas d’annulation par ASTROSHELLE : remboursement intégral ou report à une date convenue d’un commun accord.
Ebooks et contenus téléchargeables
Aucun remboursement une fois le contenu téléchargé ou accessible, conformément à la renonciation au droit de rétractation acceptée lors de l’achat.
Individual sessions and programs
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the session: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the session: no refund.
- No Show (unannounced absence): no refund — the session is considered as having taken place.
- In case of cancellation by ASTROSHELLE: full refund or rescheduling to a mutually agreed date.
Ebooks and downloadable content
No refund once the content has been downloaded or made accessible, in accordance with the waiver of the right of withdrawal accepted at the time of purchase.

7. NATURE DES PRESTATIONS / NATURE OF SERVICES
Les prestations proposées par ASTROSHELLE relèvent du développement personnel, de l’astrologie et de la reprogrammation volontaire du subconscient. Elles ne constituent en aucun cas un avis médical, psychologique, juridique ou financier. ASTROSHELLE ne saurait être tenue responsable des décisions prises par le client à la suite d’une séance.

They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice under any circumstances. ASTROSHELLE cannot be held liable for any decisions made by the client following a session.

Les présentes CGV sont soumises au droit français. En cas de litige, une solution amiable sera recherchée en priorité. À défaut, les tribunaux français seront seuls compétents.
Conformément aux articles L.616-1 et R.616-1 du code de la consommation, ASTROSHELLE propose un dispositif de médiation de la consommation. L’entité de médiation retenue est : CNPM – MÉDIATION DE LA CONSOMMATION. En cas de litige, le consommateur peut déposer sa réclamation sur le site : https://www.cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu
